Try connecting and disconnecting the eye tracker from your computer. In rare cases it can take more than one attempt.
If you already have the latest version, or if the software update doesn't work, you can perform a complete uninstallation of the software and then reinstall it. You can find instructions on how to do a complete uninstallation here.
Don't forget to download all our programs and restart your computer afterward to get the eye tracker running.
