Once you've signed up, we will send an eye tracker to you as soon as possible. It usually takes about a week before we can dispatch your eye tracker. We will email you when your eye tracker is shipped.
The eye tracker will be sent via DHL from Tobii AB. The package will be available at your relevant pick-up point for 14 days before being returned to Tobii.
The eye tracker is a loan, so it is essential to return it to us if you no longer wish to be part of the panel. It is best to retain the packaging for this purpose.
